Lightly Seasoned Roast Beef with Bleu Cheese Crumble, Caramelized Onions, and Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. EVOO
  • 1 oz. Onion
  • 2 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Ciabatta Roll
  • 2 oz. CRETA FARMS GOURMET EVOO™ Lightly
  • Seasoned Roast Beef
  • 1 oz. Blue Cheese crumble

Preparation

  1. Slowly sauté onions in 1 tbsp. EVOO until golden brown.
  2. In a small sauté pan over a stovetop, reduce balsamic vinegar to half.

Sandwich Build

  1. Spread 1 tbsp. of EVOO onto the sliced ciabatta. Layer the roast beef, bleu cheese, and caramelized onions onto the ciabatta and finish with a balsamic reduction drizzle.
