Grilled Ham & Pineapple Pita

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 8 oz Creta Farms Black Forest Ham (sliced thin)
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • Honey mustard

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Layout the pitas on a baking sheet .
  3. Spread a thin layer of honey mustard on each pita.
  4. Top each pita with 2 oz (about 4 thin slices) of ham, one slice of pineapple, and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately.

Serving suggestion: Serve with whole wheat pretzels and honey mustard for dipping!
