Grilled Ham & Pineapple Pita
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 8 oz Creta Farms Black Forest Ham (sliced thin)
- 4 oz Swiss cheese
- 4 pineapple slices
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- Honey mustard
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Layout the pitas on a baking sheet .
- Spread a thin layer of honey mustard on each pita.
- Top each pita with 2 oz (about 4 thin slices) of ham, one slice of pineapple, and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
Serving suggestion: Serve with whole wheat pretzels and honey mustard for dipping!
