Black Forest Ham with Creamy Brie and Dijon Fig Compote

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Fig Compote (optional)
  • 6" Baguette, sliced
  • 2 oz. CRETA FARMS GOURMET EVOO™ Black Forest Ham
  • 1 oz. Brie, sliced
  • Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix EVOO, dijon mustard and fig compote together.

Sandwich Build

  1. Spread mustard fig mixture onto both sides of the sliced baguette. Layer cheese and ham and finish with fresh cracked black pepper.
