Black Forest Ham with Creamy Brie and Dijon Fig Compote
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. EVOO
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp. Fig Compote (optional)
- 6" Baguette, sliced
- 2 oz. CRETA FARMS GOURMET EVOO™ Black Forest Ham
- 1 oz. Brie, sliced
- Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Mix EVOO, dijon mustard and fig compote together.
Sandwich Build
- Spread mustard fig mixture onto both sides of the sliced baguette. Layer cheese and ham and finish with fresh cracked black pepper.
