Hardwood Smoked Ham Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • Creta Farms Gourmet EVOO Black Forest Ham,
  • cream cheese
  • flour tortilla
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 4 spinach leaves

Preparation

  1. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the tortilla.
  2. Place the 2 tomato slices in a row down the middle of the tortilla.
  3. Place spinach leaves on top.
  4. Place 3 slices of Creta Farms Black Forest Ham on top.
  5. Roll tortilla tightly into a log. Pinch the seams shut and cut into 1½” pieces.
