Ingredients
For the Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Sherry Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Salad
- 1 head Boston, Bibb, or Butter Lettuce
- 1 head Arugula
- 1/2 head Romaine
- 1 tbsp. Chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Basil, chiffonade
- 4 strips Bacon, optional
- 1 each Avocado, diced
- 4 Hardboiled Eggs
- 8 oz. Creta Farms Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, diced
- 4 oz. Bleu Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 16 Kalamata Olives, pitted
Preparation
- For the dressing, whisk together in order all of the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl.
- Mix together the salad greens and herbs and lightly dress with the vinaigrette.
- Separate the salad mix into 4 portions.
- Artfully place the remaining ingredients on top of the salad greens
